In this 30-minute call, we ask a lot of questions and help you understand your preferences, lifestyle and provide educational tips and tricks throughout. We’ll even provide a bit of ‘homework’ to better capture your essence. After that, we’ll discuss your budget, your must-haves, and outline the design phases. If you’re ready, we’ll set the wheels in motion with a design agreement.

At this stage, we truly listen—to understand your vision and define your goals. Together, we’ll start sketching out designs that bring your ideas to life. This process is collaborative and iterative; we begin with your big picture, focus down to the finest details, and evolve through your feedback. We refine and adjust until everything just feels right.

Before a single hammer is lifted, we ensure that you’re delighted with every aspect of your plan. Our approach integrates your existing space with new designs, providing you with detailed 3D visuals for your soon-to-be space. Our goal is to hear you say, “Yes, that’s exactly what I wanted!” before any construction work begins.

In this step, we’ll finalize the design and present a detailed, line-by-line pricing breakdown, so you know the cost of each element, including any specialty items. Our 40 years of experience has helped to develop this thorough approach and ensures you’re fully informed and confident about every detail of the project before we proceed to the next step.

Our Construction Team Gets To Work
You can mark your calendar with confidence because we guarantee when you’ll move into your new home on time or we’ll pay you $1,000 per week if you’re not. Our fixed pricing means no surprises—what we quote is what you pay. We keep you in the loop with regular updates, giving you the freedom to be involved as much as you like—or you can simply relax and let us take care of everything. With our expert team guiding your project, you can expect a smooth process that stays right on schedule, just as planned.
